About Charlotte

In 2015, Charlotte took an unexpected leap into the world of pastry. Having worked as a theatrical musical director for 10 years in venues across the country, Charlotte decided to test her creativity in a different form. 


Charlotte graduated with honors from L'Academie de Cuisine in Pastry Arts.


Charlotte has baked desserts for events including the Baltimore Food Emporiyum and Zoofari held at the National Zoo in DC. She has worked as a pastry cook at The Four Seasons Baltimore and Petit Louis Bistro (Owned by Chef Cindy Wolf).
